About Subsidized Housing
Pacifica Housing owns and/or manages 26 subsidized apartment buildings and townhouses in Victoria and Nanaimo for low income families. Tenants are selected from a Centralized Housing Registry, maintained by BC Housing, and rent is calculated based on 30% of their gross monthly income
Eligibility Requirements
You and your family may qualify for subsidized housing if your annual household income is below:
- $31,000 for 1 bedroom
- $39,000 for 2 bedrooms
- $49,000 for 3 bedrooms
- $53,000 for 4 or more bedrooms
(Income does not include GST and Child Tax Credit)
You must also have been a BC resident for one continuous year.
