Pacifica Housing provides quality rental housing for low income families and supported housing for individuals facing barriers to permanent housing in the private market due to mental heath and/or substance abuse issues.

Some of our subsidized and market rental units are also modified for wheelchair users and may include bathrooms with wheel-in showers and grab bars, modified kitchen cabinets and appliances, lowered light switches and access to overall site amenities.

Our housing portfolio consists of Subsidized Family Housing, Supported Housing, Reduced Market Housing (tenants pay 80% to 90% of market rate) and Market Housing (rents are set in line with the current rental market).
