Reduced Market and Market Housing
Six of our housing developments have reduced market units and/or market units available for rent, as well as rent-geared-to-income units. Applications from households with incomes over the Housing Income Limits may be considered at the following four buildings:

In recent years Pacifica Housing has added market units to its housing portfolio. These units are available to families and singles are currently offered at:

- The Pacifica (827 Fisgard St)
