Team Lead of Supported Housing

New position! The Team Lead is a senior Housing Support Worker role that takes on additional responsibilities assisting staff and managers in the delivery of programming and services to tenants of Pacifica Housing’s Supported Housing programs.

Position’s Primary Objectives: As well as carrying out the duties of a Housing Support Worker when required, the Supported Housing Team Lead (Victoria) is accountable for contributing to the successful and efficient operation of one or more Supported Housing sites by:

• providing specialized support to Supported Housing staff in the delivery of programs and services to tenants;

• providing operational assistance to the Managers of Supported Housing; and

• identifying and selecting qualified applicants to fill units within Pacifica’s Supported Housing portfolio in conjunction with the Coordinated Access to Supportive Housing (CASH) committee and site staff teams.

Rotation: 8:00am-7:30pm Thurs-Saturday and every other Sunday. This is a new position, joining an existing daytime Team Lead and two overnight Team Leads.
