Located downtown Victoria at 829 Fisgard Street, The Pacifica apartments are ideal for singles and couples working in the downtown core. Each of these bachelor, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are pet friendly (one spayed or neutered cat is permitted with a pet damage deposit) and there are fifteen modified one bedroom units for persons with a disability.

The Wing is minutes from downtown Victoria and adjacent to the Westside Village Shopping Centre. The Wing offers a mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as 2 and 3 bedroom loft style units. Units on the second and third floors are available to individuals or families whose gross annual household income falls between $30,000 and $54,000. There are no income requirements for the first or fourth floor units.

Camas Gardens is Pacifica Housing's newest supported housing complex and the first building the society has designed and constructed. It includes 44 self-contained bachelor and one-bedroom supportive housing apartments for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness including individuals who may be facing challenges such as mental health or addiction.

Clover Place is an 18 unit supported housing complex for individuals who struggle with mental health and/or addictions issues that make securing and maintaining housing a challenge. It is staffed 24/7 by Community Service Workers (CSWs) who provide a wide range of support services and creative programming.
