Camas Gardens is Pacifica Housing's newest supported housing complex and the first building the society has designed and constructed. It includes 44 self-contained bachelor and one-bedroom supportive housing apartments for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness including individuals who may be facing challenges such as mental health or addiction.
Clover Place is an 18 unit supported housing complex for individuals who struggle with mental health and/or addictions issues that make securing and maintaining housing a challenge. It is staffed 24/7 by Community Service Workers (CSWs) who provide a wide range of support services and creative programming.

Medewiwin apartments is a twenty six unit independent, supported housing complex for formerly homeless and homeless at risk Victoria residents. A converted former motel, Medewiwin was awarded the 2004 Best Practices in Affordable Housing award by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation in recognition of its unique peer support community model which stresses independence, a sense of belonging as well as harm reduction, personal growth and wellness.

The project will provide housing for 28-33 previously homeless individuals who face multiple barriers to accessing and retaining housing in the private market and who are also dealing with issues related to aging.

Managed by Pacifica Housing since 2008, Waterview Apartments provides permanent housing to forty-seven individuals who were formally homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
