Maintenance Information

Maintenance staff should be called  for repairs that need to be addressed in your unit or at your complex. Please refer to your move in package or contact Pacifica Housing for the name and number of your building's Maintenance Assistant.

WHAT TO DO IN AN EMERGENCY:

In the case of fire, medical emergency or a violent situation, PLEASE CALL 911.

To report an emergency repair, flooding or building security breach. The repair must be urgent and necessary to protect life and or use of the property.
